To achieve this commitment, health and safety is integrated into organizational activities to strive to eliminate all incidents that downgrade the safety and efficiency of our operations. We will provide health and safety training for each employee such that they will have the knowledge and skills required to perform their work safely and efficiently. All management staffs shall ensure total compliance with our safety program and OHSA and its regulations as they apply to design, Construction, operation and maintenance of facilities and equipment. Our approach to Total Quality Management (TQM) ensures that all personnel have the authority to take action where sufficient hazards exist, including the right to stop unsafe work or activities to protect our employees and the public.
